Normally we give the products of this range at clients who produce evacuation pipes with a thickness of about 2 mm, without any specification about RAL.
It is a product that has its strength in the price. Precisely for this reason, however, is a delicate product, which has to be tested and then worked only by operators who have the necessary experience and knowledge on regenerated, who can adjust the parameters of his machine according to the characteristics of that lot, who know that the reclaimed material, by itself nature, it can be NOT completely equal to data sheet nor to himself from one lot to another, behaving according to the typical tolerances of regenerated
- R-ECR
In this group we have products of better quality,
For example with
R-ECR111G7001 you can have a granule GREY with a specific RAL (7001) that’s ok to extrude pipes in better quality and with a thinner thickness (1.5 mm or also less). It’s a very good product at a very good price.
Another example is the black R-ECR104R that’s very good to extrude for example CORRUGATED PIPES.

HDPE at about 95 % mixed with PP at about 5%
Is a suitable material for extrusion of smooth pipes.
Not corrugated (or, well, if you have a coextruded corrugated pipe, you can use our material for internal layer).
It resists at pression until 2 or 3 bar.
Is filtered at 100 micron.
It is GREY, but (if you want) with very very few master you can turn it in black without problems!
